Our space is perfect for Birthday Parties, Engagement Parties, Holiday Parties, Bridal Showers & Intimate Gatherings.
Buyout Inclusions:
6 Hours of Facility Use (4 Hours of Event Time, 1 Hour Dedicated to set up & 1 Hour Dedicated to Clean Up).
Exclusive use of entire Speakeasy Level (includes main bar area, getting ready suite, restroom & catering prep space).
Bartender(s).
Capacity for up to 50 guests.
Moveable Cocktail Tables.
Fully Stocked Bar…you can choose to pay for guests beverages or offer a cash bar (with lots of flexible options).
Elevator access for vendors & guests.
Flexible Vendor Policies including the option to use any licensed and insured caterer (or choose from our preferred list).
Pricing:
Friday: $3,000
Saturday: $3,500
Food & Beverage Minimum: $2,000 on both Fridays & Saturdays + an automatic 22% Gratuity.
